This course provides instruction and technical guidance on modifying lines of service in the Comprehensive Assessment Reporting & Evaluation (CARE) web application. It is part of a statewide corrective action plan to reduce social service payment and authorization errors created by DSHS field staff.  

Development of this course included updating an old course to a new look and feel, reviewing and revising existing content for plain language and reading level, creating a script, recording/editing screen captures, and developing art/icons, as well as creating a custom eLearning template for the customer to use in developing future courses. Course completion is pending changes from the customer regarding updates to the CARE app.
