This course provides long-term caregivers with information, tips, and best practices to help guide them through challenging situations with their clients.
Development of this course included reviewing and revising existing instructor-led training content for plain language and reading level, creating a script, developing art/icons, recording and editing audio narration, accessibility and testing, peer and CE reviews, developing job aids and working with translated transcripts, as well as creating a custom eLearning template for use in developing future courses.
